Interesting facts:

Dillagi was supposed to have Karishma Kapoor in place of Urmila Matondkar and the title was initially decided upon as 'London.' But, then Karishma Kapoor walked out of the project following some disagreement between her and the director, Sunny Deol.

This movie was directed by Sunny Deol and was produced by Dharmendra. It was supposed to be the 2nd movie of their production house. The first one was 'Barsaat', the debut vehicle of Bobby Deol and Twinkle Khanna.

The movie also had a guest appearance by Preity Zinta (towards the end of the movie), where she appeared as Bobby Deol's newfound love interest.
